MacDaddy Coffee has been delighting the Gulf Coast for over 15 years. Using a Sivetz air-roaster that prevents scorching and removes the bitter chaff, our coffee has a clean, smooth flavor. Working closely with trusted farmers and distributors, MacDaddy Coffee offers a wide range of flavor profiles, from mild to bold. What started as 9-lb batches has grown into 33-lb batches, but we still roast each one with the same care—because our customers deserve a damn good cup of coffee.
